    Nobu Fifty Seven

This place needs no description because it’s already a legend. Star-studded every night and still one of the hardest reservations in NY, Nobu never disappoints. From the classic rock shrimp tempura and the ceviche tacos to my new favorite dish (not even on the menu, but now you’re in the know) that Nicole Richie and I attacked the last time ...

I went to LAVO for dinner with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. We had an amazing time with a nice waitress who gave great recommendations. I ordered the oysters on the half shell, mixed green salad, and the spinach artichoke pizza. Definitely enough food for 2 to split, which is what I did with a girl friend ...

    Halal Guys -- 53rd and 6th

0.3 mi from The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park

I guess when it comes to Halal food, this is as good as it gets. Lines are super long ... ALL the time, but the wait isn't that bad. But it's a great experience when you're waiting on the line with great company and intoxicated.... The waiting makes it tastes that much better when you take that first bite. DO ...

We came on a Tuesday night at 8:30 and the place was packed. Trendy and loud, with dim lighting and 1920s decor. The food was tasty - had the orecchiette which was sort of a soup but good. Chocolate pot was great.

It was my first time in New York City, and a good friend of mine said that I must try the best burger place in the city. So he took me to Shake Shack. When we got there, the line was out the door, and it was February, so I was prepared to shiver in the cold for at least ...

Aside from the delicious, Forrest-Gump-inspired grub, this Bubba Gump's location is prime for people-watching on Times Square. Perfect for parties and reunions - we had a group of 30 here and had a BLAST. The ambience is incredible, the view is dazzling, and the laughter is infectious.

Flickering candles, rustic wood, and an all-South African wine list combine for the perfect little wine bar. Oysters are $1 during happy hour, and the small plates feature ostrich and venison. The only problem . . . it makes me want to return to SA immediately.

Needless to say, I was a little shocked when I saw this place. Every part of me screamed, "This cannot be good, it's so huge and gaudy, and it's a place in the middle of NYC called 'Dallas BBQ' for goodness sake!" The average Yelp stars this place holds didn't help my consideration for choosing this as our dinner spot, ...

Decent Izakaya restaurant at an excellent location right by Time Square with a good sake list. Unfortunately the food did not impress me. Your experience with this restaurant depends largely on what you order (and how drunk you get). Grilled Eggplant with Miso is one of the few things that I almost always order for any Izakaya meal. The grilled ...

This is located at the W Times Square. The people watching is amazxing with floor to ceiling windows you have a view of Times Sq and the freak show that it is. It does cater to tourists so it is pricey but the food and drinks are fun.
