    Green Park

0.16 mi from The Ritz London
    60 reviews

Green Park definitely lives up to its name! It's literally all green...or just green! The park is a field of green grasses with lots of trees! Green Park is humongous too! There are chairs and seats for people to sit, but they are rented out by the hour. I saw many people sitting on blankets and drinking wine and snacking ...

    Wellington Arch

0.17 mi from The Ritz London
    8 reviews

A landmark at Hyde Park Corner, Wellington Arch was built as a victory arch, celebrating Wellington's defeat of Napoleon. It features "the Angel of Peace" descending on a four-horsed chariot, which is the largest bronze sculpture in Europe. Balconies provide views of London's Royal Parks & the Houses of Parliament. The Arch housed the Quadriga Gallery, which offers changing exhibitions.

One of the hottest and most exclusive clubs in London. Definitely got a bit of 80s feel, but good music and cool crowd.

This grown up lounge bar inside the Lanesborough Hotel at Hyde Park corner serves their cocktails in a distinguished library setting, hence the name. Great place to go when you actually want to have conversation with the person you are having cocktails with, not to mention the drinks are very well made.

    Gin & Jazz

0.13 mi from The Ritz London
    1 review

The manic, elegant vibe of the roaring '20s has been making a comeback in recent years with speakeasy bars, films like the Great Gatsby, and jazz, jazz, jazz. This regular evening is a great way to take the '20s upscale, situated at the InterContinental London Park Lane and featuring some of London's top musicians.

0.18 mi from The Ritz London
    1 review

I went to Ye Grapes with a group of international colleagues. Good selection of drinks, and a good gin and tonic. I'd certainly go back if I had a group of people, as there was plenty of space. Additionally, it had a nice decor which made it good for a work event.

    Tower of London

This is one of my favourite London attractions. I used to work closeby and have a season pass, so I spent many a lunchtime wandering around the grounds, and it never got old. It looks incredibly impressive in person, and there's so much history to explore. Also love it when they have actors dress up and walk around explaining things ...

Unexpectedly, I found this wonderful art museum/gallery! I just wanted to go to the Trafalgar Square because my tour guide told me that the Trafalgar Square is one of the most visited public space in London, so of course, I wanted to check it out by myself! Yes, it was a very lively yet relaxing place to hang out. There ...

0.94 mi from The Ritz London
    177 reviews

Those visiting London should certainly stop by Westminster Abbey, a famous church, where many of the English nobility are buried at, including Elizabeth and Mary, the Black Prince, and others. The tour guide gives a wonderful history of the people buried here, and even provides a softer and more human side of King Edward of Braveheart fame. The Duke of ...

One of London's classic places to shop, there is no better place in London to inhale the perfume of exotic teas, shop for frivolous foods with which to stuff a picnic hamper, and generally absorb the atmosphere of English opulence than Fortnum & Mason.

This is fun to see - at least once. The crowds are large can be a little unruly. Check the dates because they only do this on certain dates and not in the rain.

The park really comes alive during the Christmas season. From late November through the beginning of January the park puts on a Winter Wonderland! It was very well done and nicely set up but it was a bit crowded and expensive.

The London Chinatown is actually one of my favorite Chinatowns in the world. It is not huge by any standards but it is very clean with shops and restaurants in a concentrated area making this also one of the easiest to navigate Chinatowns in the world.
