    Pret A Manger

0.22 mi from The Ritz London
    34 reviews

Yummy, affordable and convenient (they are everywhere)! They have a wide selection of sandwiches and other food items that are packaged for dining in or take away. My boyfriend's personal favorite is the crayfish and rocket sandwich, it's a great snack for only about four quid.

    Nobu

0.11 mi from The Ritz London
    23 reviews

Wish the tables weren't so close to each other so you don't have to have dinner next to two drunk business men and a couple of anorexic models! Other than that, fantastic! The cod is UNBELIEVABLY good. Sake cocktails are unbeatable. The chocolate box is to die for. Totally worth it.

    Burger and Lobster

0.24 mi from The Ritz London
    6 reviews

Burgers. Lobster. Lobster rolls. French fries (the skinny kind, not British chips) and salad on the side. That's it. And it's delicious. The lobsters are as good as any you'd get in Maine, all about 1 1/2 pounds. They don't take reservations for groups less than six, so you will undoubtedly have to queue for hours. But, unlike many Soho ...

Good (and relatively inexpensive) French bistro in the most adorable part of town (Shepherd's Market, near ritzy Mayfair). The cod and the beef bourgonin were fantastic, but the desserts looked even better. I wish the pomme frites were more French-style, but they were thick British chips.

    NOPI

0.65 mi from The Ritz London

This was one of the most brilliant meals I have ever had in London, or anywhere. The flavors of the food were extraordinary, and the wine list was outstanding. Service was impeccable and I would rank this as one of my best dining experiences ever. Which is saying a lot because I've eaten in a lot of great places.

Viennese cicchetti (small plates) are all the rage in London these days because of Polpo. For added chic, have a cocktail in the Campari bar downstairs while you await your table.

    Mildreds Vegetarian Restaurant

0.79 mi from The Ritz London
    6 reviews

It’s rare for anyone in any part of the world (Britain included) to utter “Oh! I’m in the mood for British food!” It has long been a cuisine with a poor reputation, but that’s changing. Mildreds is not only riding the wave of the British food Renaissance, but also helping pioneer it, by making spectacular versions of classics like bangers ...

    Patty and Bun

0.78 mi from The Ritz London
    5 reviews

The Patty and Bun has its priorities straight: the best-quality ingredients come out on top, and shine in a no-frills, laid-back atmosphere. All the products used, from the meat to the vegetables, are locally sourced whenever possible, and the freshness is palatable. The star of the menu, the Ari Gold, starts with a generous patty of grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef, ...

The food here was excellent but it may have been a good thing we weren't starving because the food is sold by weight and can get expensive. The music was TERRIBLE but the concept of the place, quality of food and the fact that they're vegetarian and had Jalapeno Poppers made is all worth while.

With all the menu items under £10 and greasy enough to satisfy the most insatiable appetite, Meat Liquor is a great choice for the budget traveler looking for a hip meal out. The menu boasts two categories - the Meat and Liquor of the name. Big, juicy, and served without plates, this was an early contender on London's gourmet burger ...

In a very strange twist of fate, I ended up eating here twice in three days a few years back. And I'd no idea it was one of the top restaurants in London, but I see why. Tasty food in London. Its possible. The Mango Tree is a spacious restaurant good for couples of groups. Sizable separate bar area with a nice Asian beer selection along with several cocktails. We were there for a large work event (35+ people) and everyone was impressed by the food. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Thai dancing shows which ...
