Here guests can jump right out of bed and onto the slopes. The ski lift is a quick jaunt from the back pool, and we could watch the small ski school pupils as they learned how to snowplow. The Village is made up of multiple buildings and has both condos and traditional hotel rooms, and you can’t beat the parking or location. The staff was bubbly and warm, and it kind of ashamed me when I walked into the hotel room and felt rather underwhelmed. Sure it was adequate, but it lacked the personal quality that I had received downstairs. I was much more impressed with the studio-style condo my friend and I explored. It was only one room and still somehow included a full bathroom, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a bed, and a sitting area. The shocking thing was it didn’t feel cramped at all.Recommended for:

Village at Brekenridge is right near Keystone, one of the most popular ski area, but it's a cheaper place to stay. Also it's a pretty village to stay with good roads for driving. Great place to rent a house with a group of people.Recommended for:

The Village is nice. Nothing special, but nothing to turn your nose up at either.
The Village is located between the lifts and Main St, which makes walking an option, as well as making the free shuttle service a convenient choice.
The Village has a lot of natural light everywhere you turn, and a lot of great views.
There is quite a bit of yellow: the walls, the decor, the linens.
The hotel room was small and basic. It had two beds, and a standard bathroom. There was not a kitchen, a table, or a place to sit.
If your trip to Breckenridge is all about the slopes and the town and not at all about where you stay, then the Village could be just what you need!

The Village is the "gateway" to the slopes at Breck's Peak 9 ski area. Hence, the people watching is great here. Pretty much everyone wanting to start their day from the base of 9 has to walk through.
The Village has many units, and many types. Check in is low ceilinged and has some of the best trained and friendliest staff we have come across.
Within the radius of the Village are restaurants, bars, ski shops, a spa, tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, the SKIING, etc. Plenty to do here, but really, Breck is kind of at your doorstep when staying at the Village. Our unit was about 50 feet from South Main Street. If you stay at the Village you may seriously consider not renting a car at the airport and simply hiring a shuttle to get to Breck. You won't really need a car if you stay here.
No complaints whatsoever. We felt a little insulated from the other buildings and the whole complex was somewhat without a "center." Bull all in all, particularly with our priority being walking distance to the ski lifts, we would definitely recommend the Village.
Dining options at The Village Hotel include a restaurant and a bar/lounge. Room service is available during limited hours. Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a fitness facility. This 3.0 star
