A high class, AAA 4 diamond hotel located across the street from The Village. You can't get any closer to the Village Gondola entrance as it's just steps away from the back door of the hotel lobby or a short shuttle ride around the corner. (Yes indeed, people take the shuttle so they don't have to walk up and down the stairs. I did it, and it saved my legs after a day of snowboarding.)

The perks start upon check-in with a complimentary glass of champagne for you and room guests. Only for SPG members, so be sure to sign up for the hotel rewards program ahead of time. There was also complimentary cucumber infused water and hot chocolate available during the day in the lobby. We stopped by often to refill our water bottles or grabbed a hot drink on the way out.

Our 2 bedroom suite was spacious, well decorated, and had a fantastic view of the Village below. We had a full kitchen with an oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and four burner stove along with basic kitchen appliances including a microwave, blender, large 12 cup coffee maker, and toaster. The beds were super comfy and we all had restful sleep. We also had two lanai, but we didn't make much use of them.

The hotel also had two hot tubs in the pool area. We visited them both days of our stay. However, they were often crowded in the afternoon as many folks took a relaxing dip after skiing/riding the mountain.

Another perk was that we could check the skis and snowboards at the bell desk. They would either have the equipment available for pick up at the lobby or at the lift. We tried this and it was nice not to lug the equipment to and from our rooms.

Overall, we had a great time here. How can we go back and stay at local cabins now? It was a truly luxurious and memorable.

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms have a small kitchen and the hotel is dog-friendly.
