An ultra enticing buffet full of vegetarian cuisine (not always so easy to come by in Madrid). The only downside is that you pay by the weight, which is a little, mmm, unique. The food is great though, so who cares.

Built in 1906, La Casa del Abuelo is an institution in Madrid. They say Andy Warhol frequented this place while in Madrid. If you love shrimp, then this is where you want to get your tapas from. The wine they serve here is slightly sweet and they sell it by the glass or bottle. They actually serve red or white ...

Step into this cafe in the heart of bustling barrio Malasaña and it’ll feel as if you’ve been magically jolted in the yesteryears. Vintage and retro are the name of the game and the decor is a fine accompaniment to that theme. A fine cup of cafê con leche is requisite, but the true stunner in this chic cafe are ...

It's been a long time since I've been to El Estragon, but what I remember is a delicious vegetarian restaurant situated in a cute plaza with cozy environs inside. And the vegetarian fare is treated with haute-cuisine flair, like a trio of vegetable-based pate cakes served with a trio of sauces and tapenades in contrasting colors. You couldn't get farther ...
