This is definitely a young people’s hostel! it’s non stop partying in the centre of Rome - well, not right in the centre of ancient Rome, but very close to Termini station which is where you get dropped off from the airport connection, all other sights are at least half an hours walk. There seem to be a large choice of sleeping arrangements from large dormitories to en suite private rooms, all very essential and basic. There is also a lounge with TV and a kitchen with microwave. The bar is great fun and perfect for meeting people as well as a club with good music.

Not a bad hostel. I loved the bar downstairs. Probably best for students or those who like hostels with a lot of energy. The hostel was clean and well maintained. It is pretty close to the station, too, so easy to get out and about in Rome with no hassles. The area can be noisy at night, but then if you are in your early 20's, you probably don't intend to sleep much. The staff are very nice and enthusiastic.

The Yellow is well ubicated, near to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. Just four blocks away from the principal train station. The rooms and bathrooms weren't the best but the service is good and the staff were funny. There were young people in all the hostel…If you are looking for party this is the right place. It has a nice bar and a small place to dance with good music, and cheap drinks; everyday is a party and the good thing is that you do not hear the noise in the rooms. Breakfast is not included and is very expensive. There’s a kitchen but only with microwave and fridge, so you can´t cook. The living room is fine and good to meet people there. I would highly recommend this to the younger crowd.

I recently stayed here and I liked it...A Lot!
The staff was brilliant and available 24 hours.
The bar/restaurant was always lively and the selection, quality and food were great!
It is fairly central in a quiet neighborhood about 3 blocks from Termini Train Station.
The prices were excellent and it was really clean.

The yellow is well situated, 10 minutes away from Termini station. So it's easy to reach the centre of Rome. All rooms are furnished with all basic needs and they both have a shared and a private bathroom. There is also an entire floor dedicated to women where mirrors and hair dryer are available. Breakfast is not included but it's possible to cook in the common kitchen equipped with one microwave and a fridge. There is a small lounge bar on the first floor. Free wifi. Staff is nice, helpful and funny. The yellow is the perfect place for young people becouse you can meet a lot of people from all over the world. Every night the staff organises different party with every type of music. So it's a good mix of people and an amazing atmosphere, but of course a little bit noisy at night.

Description:

A party atmosphere catering to international youth travelers in the dorms, with more tranquil private rooms available in the hostel annex.
