Pacific Northwest cuisine deserves its due, and Three Degrees will only help solidify its up-and-coming status. Fresh, local ingredients should be the main focus here, but the stunning view of the Willamette River below threaten to steal the show. For brunch, we had not only chilaquiles and smoked salmon benedict but the 'Elvis' french toast, with bananas, peanut butter and bacon. Dinner looks even better.
