This is an excellent restaurant located in the shopping promenade at the Bellagio hotel. Some tables have excellent views of the fountain show, and the ambiance is business casual. They require that you wear sleeves to eat here, so if your friend is wearing a cut off t-shirt from the pool, just grab some napkins and manufacture some sleeves with them. It worked for us.

What a beautiful place to have lunch or dinner. Sit on the patio with a view of Las Vegas at Olives and all will be right with the world as you are looking out at the dancing fountain and the beautiful Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy this outdoor dining experience while ordering the Beef Scarpaccio and a glass of prosecco. Try dishes like the lamb ribs slow-braised on creamed corn in a rich lamb reduction, or Grilled squid and octopus in a vinaigrette of chickpea as you sit back with your friends and family and take in the fresh air and scenery day or night.Recommended for:

Olives, a Mediterranean fine dining restaurant inside the Bellagio hotel. I came here with my family for Sunday brunch and had a wonderful time. We had a great table near the window, where we could see the Bellagio fountain. The complimentary bread basket with olive tapenade was outstanding. There were three types of bread: cheese crisps, ciabatta rolls, and sliced focaccia. We loved the bread so much that we ate two full baskets.
For the main course, I tried the spicy PEI mussels with capellini pasta. It was light, buttery and garlicky with a slight spicy kick. Delicious! I also tried the scallops and prosciutto with truffle risotto. The scallops were perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. I would definitely order these dishes again.
Service was good and there were no issues with our food or drinks.
Reservations can be made on OpenTable.

Such a great place to hang out!
The food is wonderful and the service is impeccable.
The restaurant over looks the Fountains at the Bellagio Hootel so that really lends to the atmosphere.
The Butternut Squash Ravioli is my favorite thing to indulge in!Recommended for:

Of all the restaurants with fountain views at the Bellagio, this one is the most no-nonsense of the bunch. While not cheap, the menu of rustic pastas, pizzas and meatier Italian entrees is fairly satisfying, especially if you get a table with a waterfront view. They're always slammed and busy here, and the hostesses are downright icy. But still, not a bad pick at the Bellagio.Recommended for:
