I always recommend the Top of the World restaurant. I've taken parties (birthdays & bachelorette), friends, and my family here. For the price, food, and view - it's def worth it. Not too pricey for lunch + dinner items, but the drinks are pricey at around $20. The strip lights up amazing at night, however, I like it more during the day. You can really see EVERYTHING in the valley and the lunch menu is cheaper. Your reservation grants you access to the top floor/roof top observation deck. Vegas can get high winds and dust storms. Make sure it's a clear day (which most are). I've never had a problem calling in day of to make reservations. Lunch time can be quiet, and dinner can get a rush. I've never seen it crazy packed. There are a few scary looking rides up a couple floors and observation deck. You can step outside and take some nice shots. Don't forget to bring your camera!

For one of the most decadent dining experiences in Las Vegas head to the Top of the World restaurant located in a rotating glass orb at the top of the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino. The cuisine is decadent, delicious, and pricey, however, lunch is a wallet-friendly option that still has a great view!
