Seems most big cities have a rotating restaurant of some sort.
The Top of Waikiki is a good place for a quick early or late happy hour drink. The view of the restaurants shifts slowly as the floor rotates around the bar. Happy hour from 9 until 11 PM, get there before 10 though because the restaurant stops turning at 10:30Recommended for:

There was a $29 steak or lobster special for Kama'aina that lured us to Waikiki to try chef lance kosaka's dishes. After he left cafe Julia, loyal fans have followed him here but the menu seems conflicted, service is lacking and the decor is stuck in a bit of a time warp. Happy hour presents a decent value and the views of Waikiki at sunset must be spectacular!

Great happy hour and amazing view on the rotating sky bar. From 9-11pm, they offer $5 cocktails. The service was superb and ambience fancy. Great place to take a date!Recommended for:

You are indeed at the top of Waikiki inside this rotating restaurant located in the Waikiki Business Plaza. Inside, you'll get a 360 degree view of Waikiki.
Great spot for happy hour! They have it twice a day so you can head here during sunset and late night. HH drinks are $5 and food is $8-9.

From 5-7 and 9-11 they have $5 Martini!!! They are very strong as well as having a restaurant that rotates allowing you breathtaking view's of Waikiki. Don't worry it take's about an hour to rotate so you won't get sick no matter how many Martini's you have... I have tested this :-)

I always love coming to this place. Although you have to be here for happy hours, to mingle and get the best prices on meal and of course your drinks.
It's alive and so much fun being up here. It's on the 18th floor, takes you all the way to a beautiful sunsets of Waikiki.

Come here for their after-dinner happy hour. Such good martinis and really good pupus!
The bartenders are friendly (of course), so belly up to the bar and ask their recommendations.
Great people watching, you could get stuck here for awhile! Good mix of tourists and locals at the late night happy hour. And you're probably not as drunk as you think - the bar spins, not the restaurant.

To this day, dining here was the most high-class culinary experience I have ever had the pleasure of sharing with my loved ones. We arrived in a group of about 8, and everyone left satisfied and impressed. The establishment's main claim to fame is their rotating construction that provides awesome views of Waikiki, the Pacific, and downtown Honolulu. It was almost nauseating to look out the subtly moving windows when I first arrived, but that feeling wears off quickly. Since an experience like this is so rare for me, I went ahead and ordered the lobster (another first) and although it was indeed pretty pricey, it was very delicious (as lobster tends to be). The ambiance inside was pleasant, and there were lots of other tempting options on the menu that I noticed. As we were leaving, we were greeted and engaged in conversation with the exceptionally accommodating and friendly owner, capping off a night that I will remember fondly for the rest of my life.
