Beautiful place with tons of options to spend the day. You can rent a boat, have a picnic, play disk golf, there are 2 small amusement parks and so much more... There is a great view of the city from here and of sunny days it's one of the nicest places you can spend in the area.

If you need a break from the urban maze, hop on the ferry from downtown Toronto over to the islands. Rent (or bring) a bike along with you, and pedal past gardens, beaches, cafes and more places to just chill. The skyline harborfront views looking back to the city alone are worth the trip!

Center Island is the most crowded, more a family atmosphere. Hanlon's is more of a younger crowd, nude beach, gay beach. Ward's has a more intimate beach scene, younger crowd, cool villaga/cottage type atmosphere.
