The Townhouse Hotel is in a great location, situated slightly off Collins and a bit further north than most of the noise. However, it's right near the beach and within walking distance to many Miami Beach hotspots. Upon walking into the lobby, I noticed the minimalistic décor, mostly done in white with some bright accent colors. Personally, I like this. It felt clean and chic; just what I want out of a South Beach hotel. This theme is carried out to the rooms and clean, spacious bathrooms. There is also a great rooftop lounging area, with amazing views of the city and ocean. On the weekends, the rooftop garden is transformed into a full bar that's open to the public. Lastly, the staff was great. They were friendly and completely accommodating.

Modern beach chic boutique hotel right in the heart of South Beach. Location is very central and just steps away from the beach at 20th & Collins. Rooms are small with the basics - the best thing about it is the giant body pillow on the bed. There’s a very simple continental breakfast served every morning until 11am on weekdays and noon on weekends. If you want to get a workout in, I’d suggest going on a run on the beach walk – their set up on each floor is laughable. There’s a modest rooftop lounge area that is open to guests at all hours. On Thurs-Sun, the bar is open. A chic sushi restaurant is located on the basement level.
My gripe about the place is that it's not much of a fill service hotel as you couldn't even call down to the front desk from your room phone. But the price for the location and the cleanliness is worth it. It makes for a nice crash pad.

Boutique hotel in prime location amongst big hitter hotels Delano, Shore Club and Setai. You're paying for location here with a decent bedroom/bathroom. Given that its neighbors charge small fortunes for the rooms, this place is a godsend. Nice rooftop bar and lounge area + Bond St restaurant in the basement is an unexpected lovely surprise that gives the hotel credibility as quality boutique.

#BeThereIn the winter months, mid-week rates for this South Beach hotel fall around $200/night (weekend goes up to around $300). Because of its central location in South Beach, you can literally walk anywhere you’d need to go, and rooms at the Townhouse are minimalistic and clean. If you ask us, for a weekend getaway, you don’t need much else.

**SOLID WMC HOTEL ON COLLINS**
Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Cute small lobby and front poor decor.
*Reasonable rates during WMC weekend ($175-$195/night)
*Complimentary Parisian Breakfast - it was free, but could use fruits and milk
*Gift Shop - buy flip flops, Pop Chips, and beers
*Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet
*Mini-refrigerators in each room
*In-room safes and hair dryers
*Iron and ironing board
*Beach Cruiser Bikes available for rent
*Walking distance to WMC pool parties and beach
*Best Body Pillow in the World
*Room #407 was a smoking room, wish they would have told us BEFOREHAND. Ew.
*Could not open the windows, no air ventilation
*Workout station was really a stairmaster in the hallway with a beaded curtain on each floor
It felt musty and suffocating in our room and that was a big deal to me.
But still a solid stay.
