really good traditional Roman cuisine. I had boar sausage with pasta as a primo and then rabbit as a secondi. Good wine too. Definitely a hidden gem in Rome.

Amazing, funky venue for music, live and DJed. The name in Italian literally means the meeting of the condominium and it does feel like that local hangout with comfy couches and chairs, bookshelves and personal touches. The stage is small and intimate making it feel like you are in someone's living room. Great place for a night out with friends ...

One of the major Basilicas and Rome and a favorite because the crib of Jesus is found here, I am a Marian devotee and I love the story on how the church was built. It came in a dream and the Blessed Mother said where it will snow buiild the church. It was not winter but it did snow so ...

Area can have gypsies and pick pockets. Use a money belt and don't loiter outside- get on your way to next place.

This is a very cute nightclub. It is developed underground. The environment is very cool, with high antique ceilings and columns. The contrast is the stylish furniture. It is very crowded during weekends and there are often alive shows.

The square was the geographic center for the Orchestra di Piazza Vittorio, a multicultural band that has found a degree of international fame. What I love most about Coin is the polish. Service is friendly, the store is clean and it offers lots of brands. The only downside is that everything seems a bit pricey. If you're American, don't bother looking at American brands here (they are "imports" after all, though I wonder why it wouldn't be cheaper coming to Italy since most ...

Run by an American expat, these are tours of some spectacular castles and estates and their gardens. Small, boutique style---just you, your friend(s) and the guide. This is actually a pretty chill, laid back bar. I'm only speaking of the bar area, not the B&B. They make really good kamikazee's, or any mixed drink rather. That's more their specialty than beer. It's darkly lit, and not too loud, but not quiet enough that you hear aeveryone else. There's no dancing, but there is light music playing. ...
