I appreciate and like the pirate theme but I have to say, the show they put on at night outside the hotel, Sirens of TI, was just awful. It's a decent hotel otherwise, just don't wander outside when the awful show is on.

On our first trip to Las Vegas we stayed at TI due to its location and having a Cirque Soleil act right in the hotel. Rooms were great - nice and quiet - we had a room facing the strip but not pirate show. Steakhouse was superb - Cowboy Cut Steak was very very nice. The better breakfast place was very expensive. The average breakfast place was cheaper but it was not very good. There is a "just ok" pool for kids. The (short and free) pirate show is very crowded - if you want to see that be there early. Location of the hotel is very convenient as a base for exploring the strip. Not too many stores in the hotel but Venetian and others are nearby.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and had a great time here! Rooms are good, staff is friendly and the location is perfect. Don't forget to watch the spectacular show in front of the Hotel!

I like Treasure Island a lot. They have renovated their rooms which have all turned out nice. Although they don't have an arcade anymore, they still manage to maintain a sort of "family/kid" friendly attitude with the fun shows/entertainment they have outside. Conveniently located across the street from Wynn/Venetian/Palazzo and right next to Mirage, TI is at a great spot!

Great location in the middle of the Strip - convenient walking distance to the bulk of the action. It's a fun pirate/island/ship themed hotel with a pirate show on their "lagoon" - and you can even host events like weddings on the ship! The service has always been friendly, room upgrades are not uncommon, and the beds are to-die-for comfortable. You can usually snag a good deal online somewhere, especially during off-peak seasons in spring and fall - in these cases, spring for the deluxe and superior rooms for better views, more space, and more amenities. The atmosphere is perfect for kids, teens, and adults alike - especially those with a taste for good fantasy fun. But it's not a total Disneyfied farce - the hotel does a good job of keeping the theme subtle so as not to shove it down your throat. And the proximity to the Venetian shops is a major plus.

Nice clean cheap hotel. I stayed here to get away from my friends and have my own room. LOL Walked up on a Friday and paid only $150ish for a room. The Pirate show is REALLY STUPID!!! Every show they shoot off fireworks from the roof. If you are facing the strip fireworks will be shot off from 2pm to like 10pm. They woke me up one afternoon. Yes I was sleeping at 2pm. Go there and you'll see why.
