- perfect for a college campus! At least the floors are level. In addition to the typical lounges and meeting rooms and student mail center, there is a restaurant, bar and two cafes. The most interesting feature of the building, however, is the glass column around which the stairs wind. The top of the column is open to the elements, giving it an aquarium-like feel when you can watch rain, snow or autumn leaves drift down.
