Wahaca is a Mexican style London chain, I think there are about 5 restaurants in total, created by Thomasina Miers. Sometimes I can be put off because somewhere is a chain, but you really shouldn't be with Wahaca. It serves fresh sustainable food and everything is really tasty. We went for the Wahaca selection in the Covent Garden restaurant. It's ...Popular withFoodiesFamiliesBudget

Some of the best mexican food in London! They've got a seasonal tapas-style menu, allowing you to get a bit of everything and experience a breadth of flavours. The bar downstairs at the Soho Wahaca is actually a really fun little place to hangout whilst you wait for your table as well!Popular withTrendsters
Fantastic new addition to the Barrio family on Shoreditch High Street. This place is a kickass restaurant, cocktail lounge and cantina (club) all rolled into one. The interior decor is simply stunning, and every corner of Barrio East offers something else to interesting to look at, from the booth made out of an old caravan to the dollhouse theme in ...Popular withNightlife
The most impressive selection of Tequila you'll find anywhere in London and Margaritas to match, aim for happy hour and try and sample every flavour (but drink responsibly and all that). If you're feeling particularly flush a shot of their best will set you back about a months rent and get your name on a plaque.
Overpriced rubbish. The restaurant itself was the only saving grace, as it was clean and atmospheric. The food was tasteless, dry and badly made, half the items on the menu were unavailable due to the ovens being broken and the staff were rude, lazy and had very poor management skills. I will visit a Chiquito restaurant, but I will not ...
Despite the outside appearance, this is not just a mexican restaurant. In fact, the tasty menu is actually rather eclectic while maintaing a mexican influence. But the #1 reason you'll find me at El Paso is to get work done! Fellow freelancers, I'm two visits in and it's already become one of my favourite places to work in Shoreditch. 3-levels ...
Tequila is what gets BarChick out of bed every morning, she’s partial to a quesadilla too! So she was ecstatic to discover Santos, this small but perfectly formed Mexican hangout. The staff are super friendly and even more, Mexican. The bar is right at the back, and you’ll be unlucky not to find Carlos behind it, you won’t miss him ...
I had arranged to visit this establishment after first seeing it open. Upon entering we were greeted by a very friendly hostess who showed us to our table. Very quickly after sitting down we had a waiter take our drinks order. I admit, the waiting staff are not the most enthusiastic bunch, are very soft spoken and aren't really present ...Popular withBudgetFoodiesStudents
This might possibly be the only mexican restaurant in little ol' Oxford? Not that I'm complaining, because this small burrito joint whips up some decent grub. They're not mind-blowing burritos or anything, but they're perfectly good value for money and pretty darn tasty. And let's be honest - you're not gonna find a proper tex-mex or californian style burrito *anywhere* ...
I had been filming with a German tv crew for a documentary a d we needed a place to film a sit down meal in as well as satisfying our hunger at the same time. I had already tried several local restaurants but none of them were answering their phones. It was then I remembered this establishment. As a huge fan ...Popular withFoodiesBudgetFamilies
