This is the first attraction that I visited in London. I cannot forget my first day in London. I had booked a taxi for a day with a company called Totally Driven and the driver who came to pick me was the one who suggested me this attraction. He also suggested Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Madame Tussauds. At the ...

Had so much fun here. The sun was out when I went and made it even better. Got some great shots of the water and the rocks. Even got a good laugh in when I slipped and fell. Be careful the water makes those rocks slippery.

One of the most well known buildings in the entire world. The carving, intricate design, buttressed columns, gargoyles, interred heros/royalty, and some very significant and special historical items. This is a one of a kind place. There are very few places of such significance the world over, that are still in regular use. Pro Tip: Pay the fee and go ...

    Shakespeare's Globe Theatre

21 New Globe Walk, Bankside, London SE1 9DT

Everyone should see a play here at least once, just for the unique experience. Although, if you'll be standing in the middle like I did, maybe make sure you won't be seeing Shakespeare's second longest play (Coriolanus)! Terrific atmosphere and performance, though.

Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace

    Buckingham Palace, London

We watched the Buckingham Palace "Changing of the Guard" and it's much more than a handful of soldiers replacing another handful of soldiers. It's full of traditional British pomp and pageantry, with drums and brass instruments a blazing. It is an amazing experience that one will long remember!

It is hard for the average person to experience anything quite so diverse and unique as a big African overland trip. I chose African Trails because I loved the fact that you didn't get taken on a tour, you were part of it. You cook and go into the local markets to shop. You don't fly from game park to ...
