    Oxford Street

Oxford Street, London W1D 2 United Kingdom

London is my favorite city in all Europe to shop for men's clothing. I first discovered Top Shop on Oxford Street. All the other usual characters are there, H&M, Bennetton and Zara. It's also the place you're most likely to see British celebrities.

    Regent's Park

The Store Yard, London NW1 4NR
    66 reviews

One of my favourite London parks. Used to spend many evenings and weekends exploring it. Terrific for running as well. Definitely not as wild as Hampstead Heath, but that's the charm. Much prefer it to Hyde Park, which is nosier and dirtier.

44 Berkley Square, London, United Kingdom
    2 reviews

This is a Mayfair institution, one of the first private members clubs in London to really go big time in the 80s and 90s. I can't speak for its current clientele since I was there for a pre-wedding reception, but the decor is great fun, the cocktails are stupendous and the dance floor about perfect. Go if you have the ...

    Leicester Square

Swiss Court, London WC2H 7 United Kingdom
    66 reviews

Centrally located, easy to access by tube, and always teeming with life, Leicester Square is a fantastic spot for people-watching, meeting out-of-town friends, and, of course, for buying cheap tickets to shows. I love taking my time reading all the listings, watching people in line debate whether they'd rather see "Chicago" for 10 pounds or "Avenue Q" for 20, and ...

    St Pancras Station

    Euston Road, London N1C 4QP
    19 reviews

First class renovation job to grand Victorian station. Decent selection of shops on the arcade level, free wi-fi, free toilets, and well-designed access to overground trains. The Eurostar terminal is a bit less elegantly designed, but it works. Enjoy. It's what London Victoria Station should be but isn't.

    Holland Park

Ilchester Place, London W14 8 United Kingdom

Have some very complicated memories of this place, but still rate it as one of the most overlooked of the London parks. Lovely way to spend the afternoon. South Kensington would be much poorer without it.
