Anacapri is the other small town on Capri. It is much more quaint and affords the visitor much to do but more affordably. After visiting Villa Michele stop by the little cafe above the Villa. The people are very friendly and there is a lovely outdoor seating area overlooking the sea. It is a perfect place to quietly refresh and regroup.
This tiny church has the most amazing floor. It is made totally of Majolic tiles and depicts Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. It is breathtaking and the work that went into it amazing. It is one of those unknown must sees.
This is a lovely place to spend the afternoon. The gardens are amazing as is the story of Doctore Alex Munthe who treated Queen Victoria here and though she left he stayed.
