Go up on capitol hill order two deluxes with fries and take your food over to the counter for an amazing burger and a great people watching spot. Its one of the first things I do whenever I get back into town.
One of my favorite places to hang-out on Capitol Hill. Another divey type bar that has great beers on top. Always full of interesting people and if not, just look outside.
