One of my favorite Caribbean islands with the most delicious cuisine. Saint Martin has plenty of flavor as half the island is French and the other half is Dutch. My family comes here almost every year, it is one of our favorite places on Earth.
This pink/ red sand beach is very difficult to find. It is in the Terres Basses part of the island. Gorgeous resort, new, modern and very well maintained. Make sure you wake up early to grab a bed by the pool. I found the resort to be incredibly relaxing and the Shor restaurant was perfect at sunset.
Come on Saturday for their famous seafood buffet! Offerings include delicious lobster, shrimp, prime rib, lamb, pork, ribs, chicken, fish, salads, side dishes, desserts and live entertainment. Below the restaurant, beneath the glass floor, is an aquarium. Very cool place, a must-see in St....more
