Uffizi epitomizes the Renaissance. When I was an art student living in Florence, I lived here. There are many jaw-dropping pieces by da Vinci, Botticelli, Lippi, Caravaggio, Rembrandt Van Rijn, Raphael and Michelangelo.

I lived 5 blocks away from the Duomo when I lived in Florence. If you are visiting Florence, this dome-shaped landmark is definitely at the top of the list for visitation. It truly is a remarkable site!
