Sydney is a beautiful and dynamic (but expensive) city. The harbors and the Opera House are must-sees, as are many of the beaches (especially Manly and Bondi). Can't wait to plan a return visit someday.
This was a great way to see some of the Sydney harbor, especially if you take it at night so you can see the whole city lit up! It was about a 30-45 min ride over to Manly, but the boat is pretty comfortable, and there is plenty of seating.
The Royal Botanic Gardens were my absolute favorite attraction in Sydney. I could sit in the sun on the grassy hills for hours every day if I could! Must-see in Sydney! Iconic harbor area with ferry boats and street performers everywhere. It reminds me a little bit of the Pier 39 area of San Francisco. Great place to sit with a friend and people watch for an afternoon!
