Think of it as the younger version of Zara. Loaded with affordable hip threads, it's probably my favorite place to get clothes on Via Toledo (mostly because H&M is now common in America but Bershka isn't).
The waterfront of Naples is quite unlike the historic center. Instead of being dirty, chaotic and crowded, it is the opposite. With grand hotels, two castles, lots of boats and views of Vesuvius, it's a required stroll for anyone just visiting.

One of my Napoletana friends brought me to Il Vero Bar del Professore, a cafe (or "bar") located very close to the sea. She told me that it was the best espresso in Naples. I could not disagree. Service was friendly and there didn't seem to be an additional charge for sitting outside....more
