Not just because I live here, but for me it's one of the most beautiful cities I've been to. Oktoberfest, the Isar, nightlife, Tollwood-festival, great art museums, the Englischer Garten, ... and also the alps aren't too far away.
The S-A-U-N-A is one of my favorite clubs in Munich. They play all kind of music from the 80s 'till now. The club is very small and entirely lined with wooden pallet, so it looks like a sauna. At the weekend it's really crowded, so it's also hot as expected at a sauna....more
Westpark is a large public park in Munich. There are playgrounds, sports fields, barbecue areas, beer gardens, a restaurant and a café. And I really like the Asien inspired buildings! In summer there's also an open-air cinema that's worth the visit!...more
If you think about the historical meaning of this place, it's kind of strange to click the stars and say "Loved it". But it really is a moving experience to go there and to deal with one of the blackest chapters of German history .
