Beautiful college town with an old west feel surrounded by big mountains. In summer this place is hiking bliss. In winter there is great skiing nearby at Bridger Bowl or Big Sky. In between...well, can't speak to that. Great place to visit.
Nice cafe with a lot of great options. They have great paninis on fresh local bread (we had a roasted vegetable with goat cheese that was great). Fantastic museum and the perfect activity with kids in Bozeman. Huge dinosaur exhibit featuring fossils found around Montana. Really fun place for dinner. They brew their own beers here - some really great options. The food is American (think burgers) with some Mexican options as well. Pretty lively scene, and great outdoor patio if its warm.
