Waited in a very long line for this ride, but I got to see what all the hype was about. Kids absolutely loved the ride and I did enjoy it too. Not too wild but there was some exciting races :)
Another favorite ride at Disneyland, you are placed in a jeep that seats quite a few people so you don't have to be separated from your group. There are thrills and surprises throughout, make sure you've used the bathroom before! The wait is sometimes daunting, but you're trip is not complete without this ride!
This ride has always been a favorite, unfortunately at some point they upgraded and removed some of the original displays but they did add some more excitement and thrill to the ride.. but I won't ruin the surprise. Great characters and pirate music, "yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me."
Once you enter the magical world of Disneyland, you begin your day on Main Street. Full of shops, performers, and often has characters throughout the day. I have always loved the candy and gift shops but you may want to save that for the end of the day. The magic shop is another place I have a lot of fond memories of and walking the invisible dogs. You cannot walk down main street without a smile, it's got the best energy!
Been to Mimi's a few times before hitting Disneyland for the day. Cozy, but busy.. always satisfying. Cute decor, a good menu and great breakfast dishes.
If you are into California's rich history or history in general, this is a must see! Great place for children to learn and get a rich experience for a very low cost.
Gorgeous California coast and sparkling Pacific Ocean. Nice place for a relaxing beach day, good for kids & surf.
Capistrano Beach is absolutely gorgeous. Easy to get to, easy to park and great for relaxing. Watching the surfers while walking on the beach, perfection!
