Remember this as a kid. The ship is amazing. The twin is in Baltimore. The museum is newish though and very impressive, especially for teens and even younger kids.

    Charlestown Naval Shipyard Park I

0.15 mi from USS Constitution Museum

Great park for families. My youngest cousin (who was 2 at the time) LOVED the playground here. There's a variety of options to amuse the kiddos within the playground itself too.

    USS Cassin Young

0.12 mi from USS Constitution Museum
    2 reviews

The USS Cassin Young is located next to the USS Constitution. There are no tours to wait for, but you are free to explore the war ship on your own. Each room has a desciption and artifacts from when the ship was in operation. You could spend a good 45 minutes here checking out all the cool stuff on board.

    Charlestown Navy Yard

0.13 mi from USS Constitution Museum
    1 review

Charlestown Navy Yard is part of the National Park Service's park units. It has both a museum and ship USS Constitution. Disability access is limited and lots of walking. Disability is very limited to both on street and a parking garage across the street. You will need about 1 hour to 2 hours to visit the site.

    North End

0.66 mi from USS Constitution Museum
    37 reviews

The North End is where you'll find great Italian restaurants and cute cafes serving delicious espresso and desserts. Some of my favorite go-to spots are Ducali (great pizzas), Al Dente (I love their pumpkin ravioli in the fall), and Beneventos (wonderful classic Italian dishes). Of course, don't miss Mike's Pastry for cannolis, either!

I enjoyed this museum a lot! It was very interactive, full of interesting information, and had some great shows/presentations. I liked the live animal demonstration and the optical illusion area especially. There was a great mix of stuff for kids and adults, especially in the shows. It's more expensive than I'm used to for a museum but you can spend ...

We love things that float so of course we are huge fans of these reconditioned amphibious World War II landing crafts! There is no better way to tour the city than on a Duck Boat! Hop on board at any one of the following locations: Huntington Ave. near the Prudential Center, Museum of Science, or New England Aquarium. You won't ...

Worth a look if you're in the North End. I've never been inside (because I'm always there at night), but there's a little park next to it for cannoli-eating.

This is part of the National Park Services Unit. I had gone on the Cruises out to Little Brewster Island. The Paul Revere House

0.71 mi from USS Constitution Museum
    19 reviews

Paul Revere was one of my childhood heroes, which, in retrospect, I'm grateful for now, living in an age when people look up to frivolous icons like Justin Bieber. It's an amazing feeling, stepping through the house of the American hero that sounded the start of the Revolutionary War. And while Paul Revere never peed into a tavern mop bucket ...

Come here for a fun time and constant laughter throughout the 2 hour entertainment. The Improv Asylum casts are extremely talented, they do a mix of sketches and improv comedy from materials gathered from the audience. Great entertainment choice for an after dinner activity at North End.
