We love sundance. Who ever thought we would watch a zombie move at this film festival and then it actually goes prime time in local theaters. There is so much energy and fun during these two weeks in Park City. If you love film, then you've got to come during this time and check things out.

We love the canyons. It is a great resort. Our only challenge is that it doesn't have many beginner slopes. Our daughter is at a ski ability that more greens are better for us. But, it has great food and the ski school is fantastic. We love going here and as our daughter gets better at skiing we know she ...

    Utah Olympic Park

    33 reviews

A must see when in the Park City area. During the summer you can watch the U.S. Olympic Ski Teams practice ski jumping into a large pool of water. It's spectacular to watch them right at the edge of the pool.

    Zion National Park

    32 reviews

Zion is a beautiful sight to behold. Everyone should go there in their life time. Unfortunately you can't really drive through the canyon anymore because they limit traffic to protect wild life but there are a lot of really fun hikes here.

    Temple Square

    31 reviews

Temple Square has a lot to see, including the outside of the main Mormon Temple, which you can't go inside. It looks nice though, and it's the kernel of the city. Everything started here.

    Arches National Park

    25 reviews

My wife and I visited Arches National Park on 4th of July weekend that year and we both had a wonderful time. The park is small and the trails are strenuous in the summer heat but quite manageable. The landscape is breathtaking. While Delicate Arch is the state symbol of Utah, nothing prepares you for hiking up and around boulders ...

    Dead Horse Point State Park

    14 reviews

Dead Horse Point was a natural corral used by horse thieves during the 19th century. The name of the park derives from the fact that after the gang that rounded up and stole the horses was wiped out, the horses were forgotten and starved to death. Like nearby Canyonlands, it has an awesome view of the surrounding countryside.
