The Fifth Avenue of Milan, Via Monte Napoleone is lined with shops filled with high-end fashion designers. It's fun to browse, and even more fun to people watch.

This is one of the main high end designer shopping streets which has on one end not only an Armani shop but also hotel and restaurant. On Saturday, women wearing impossible to walk in stilettos were negotiating the street. Shopping on a week day was much less crowded.

If you love fashion, this is where you need to go. The staff in the stores are rude but it is still fun to shop around even if you can't afford anything.

This street is packed with high end stores - while it's fun to stroll through, I just wasn't all that interested. What WAS interesting, however, was the number of nice cars they had rolling through this street. I must've been at least 4 or 5 Ferraris and Lamborghinis.

It is the luxury street of Milan, famous all over the world. Shops are really fantastic and people here is really cool. However the near via della Spiga is in my opinion even better. All the streets around are full of fantastic shops with very trendy brands.

Via Montenapoleone is the main street in the Quadrilatero, the Milan Fashion District. Husbands and boyfriends, hide your women's purses before venturing here!
