I like the W chain, so I am perhaps a bit biased, but I really liked my stay here. The decor was chic and super modern, with cool lighting and a great lobby area. The rooms were big, stylish, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is central and really nice, with tree lined streets. I would definitely stay here again!

The W Mexico City is a really hip hotel in a beautiful neighborhood of Mexico City. Our room was spacious with a sophisticated decor. One of my favorite features was the unusual layout of the shower - in front of the large floor to ceiling window. And it had a hammock in it! A little gimmicky but cool. The staff was attentive and nice. The downstairs lobby area was nice and seemed like a good place to grab a drink and hang out.

Right on a tree lined street in trendy Polanco, the W really fits in. Convenient to restaurants, coffee houses, and parks, this location is the reason why I chose to say here.

W Hotels are all chic and modern, and this one was no different. The real attraction in the room was the floor to ceiling window in the shower, where you can risk it all or be more modest and use the blinds. The rain shower and water tower really made a difference, not to mention the hammock...yes, hammock in the shower.

Hotel exterior could use a face lift, maybe brighten it up a bit. You know what they say about first impressions, and my first one was not very positive. Service was a bit hit and miss though.

Great hotel - in the center of Polanco, great location and really helpful staff! The views from these rooms are awesome - although the all glass bathroom was a little weird to me, the hammock in the bathroom was a fun way to enjoy the view.
