W San Diego

421 West B Street, San Diego, CA 92101
17 reviews

This is fun and hip hotel with a cool location that is a little off the beaten path, so to speak. All in all, I had a great stay, and this W does not fail to disappoint with little extras that make the stays more memorable. I really enjoyed the lobby lounge bar.

Originally the Colorado hotel, the building now houses the Wells Fargo Museum, and is reconstruction of the 1860 original. The Wells Fargo Museum is a historically furnished Wells Fargo agent’s office, including one of the famous 30 Coaches shipped to Wells Fargo in 1867, a panoramic painting of San Diego in 1855, and a gold watch given as reward for ...

Checked this out with a friend when it was Nerd HQ for this year's Comic-Con. Nice atmosphere with the gaming areas and photo booth. I give this place credit because it's where I had my first Jameson and ginger cocktail. Supposedly not many bars have ginger ale on hand (gasp), but this one does. Got to see Zach Levi address ...

Bub's at the Ballpark is just steps from PETCO park where the San Diego Padres play. Bub's is a great place to hand out and watch the games on their array of plasmas and projectors. It has lots of games to play to keep you occupied, like a shuffle board and in-house basketball court. Sit in or outside on their ...

This place is awesome! It offers amazing herbal tea and juice cleanses that are made fresh on site, infrared saunas, foot detox baths and the most delicious raw chocolate! I did the juice cleanse and they were so good, and I felt great after! It was a great detox experience and I'm already looking forward to doing it again.

    Hennessey's Tavern

0.48 mi from W San Diego

Hennessey's is the perfect tavern for weekend pubbing in Carlsbad - with plenty of seating options, including group tables, private booths, bar seating, and patio tables with fire pits, you can come with a significant other, a few close friends, or a sprawling group of crazy I did. We spent a good two hours or so here to finish ...

I adore this boutique in Little Italy. It has the best gourmet teas and all-natural, yummy body care products. I bought a honey almond body lotion and Asian milk hand cream, and both are incredible! My skin is so smooth and soft to touch after. It also has a wonderful spa where you can get pampered; an extremely tranquil retreat. ...

    Boomerang for Modern

0.87 mi from W San Diego
    1 review

Gorgeously restored, carefully curated Mid-Century Modern furniture decor are displayed on three separate floors inside this deceptively narrow-looking Little Italy storefront. The selection is not as diverse as at Klassik down the street, but the pieces are more collectable and in some cases, quite rare. The owner sells a cool assortment of atomic modern clocks, too!

If you love pop culture and geek art this gallery is an absolute must. I've been in it a few times and every time the art work has been stunning. Third time was a freakin' charm. I no longer have to dwell on snatching up my Saul Q chain because it was finally on display. Made sure to swoop that one up quick. Camp Wolahi

0.59 mi from W San Diego
    1 review

Camp Wolahi was a beautiful, traditional old family camp nestled in the San Diego mountains near Lake Cuyamaca. Rustic log cabin villages, a stone lodge with brick fireplaces, gorgeous hiking trails and towering, ancient pine trees, babbling brooks, and a history that had grown adults coming back every year, still singing the camp song they learned as little kids...Wolahi was ...
