When you're trekking around the city en famille, the dependability and affordability of chain restaurants take on a new allure. What a relief that London features some chain restaurants that go a cut above with fresh food that's healthy and not boring. Jen Howze of Britmums recommends Wagamama.Recommended for:Family Travelers

I haven't had a bad Wagamama meal yet. Covent Gardens branch is very similar to the others, its good, fast and pretty good value for London.
The restaurant is in the basement of 1 Tavistock Street, but dont let this put you off.
With friendly staff, fast service even when busy its a great place for a quick bite.
The kitchen is open so you can see whats being done and like all Wagamamas its noisy and exciting.
Great change from the norm.
