    Phoenix Park Hotel

    Phoenix Park Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    4
    5 reviews

The Phoenix hotel has old world. The rooms look like an antique shop. The location is close to Union Station, the metro, and its shops. The area doesn’t have nightlife. The Dubliner Restaurant at the hotel is popular and is based on an Irish Pub. This is a business traveler’s hotel. The rooms are a decent size, but don’t feel ...

    The Mansion on O Street

This is one of the neatest hotels I've stayed at in DC. It is a small bed and breakfast that has water beds in the rooms and an accessible kitchen on the top floor and many books that you can borrow and read. It is more of a home than a hotel which is the best thing about it. Its ...

Hotel Monaco Washington DC, a Kimpton Hotel

Hotel Monaco Washington DC, a Kimpton Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    4 reviews

This is one of the largest Kimpton hotels in DC, and the best located for getting to the museums and the mall. It's in the newly revitalized (if unfortunately Disney-fied) area by the stadium (basketball, hockey, and concerts), which also house some of DC's best theaters. The decor is typically Kimpton-funky, which I enjoy. The rooms are surprisingly small given ...

    Renaissance Mayflower Hotel

    Hotel Class:

Very well situated hotel, just a bit north of the White House. The lobby is a bit overwhelming, as it is very high and extends seemingly endless. Rooms where large, with good quality beds/mattresses, a nice bathroom. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice, although you should know that you can ask for what is not displayed. Service ...

    Residence Inn Washington/Dupont Circle

    Residence Inn Washington/Dupont Circle

    Hotel Class:

Talk about location! Dupont Circle is one of the hottest, liveliest neighborhoods in Washington DC, and I found this "home away from home" to really make the most of it. I guess they call it a "Residence" for a reason, but I was still impressed by the space and amenities inside. I appreciated having a full kitchen, even if I ...

    AKA White House

The hotel has a sleek look, and the staff is stylish and discreet. It feels like a New York hotel, which is not surprising, since it's part of a hotel collection with a number of New York locations. The suites hotel is an extended stay location, for guests who are planning to be in town for thirty days or more. ...

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and it's a very chic place right at the epicenter of Dupont Circle. Great amenities and even better location. The restaurant bar downstairs is very popular among guests and locals alike.

    Washington Marriott at Metro Center

    Hotel Class:

This hotel will soon be starting a major renovation, though everything looked perfect to me already -- they just want a new look. The rooms are nice -- bright, cheery, no signs of wear or tear. The lobby isn’t fancy but it’s kept up well. Metro Center is halfway to everywhere, so you get a pretty low weekend rate (about ...

    The Latham Hotel

The rooms are minuscule and make walking in with your luggage pretty much impossible. I had a room here where the bathroom hadn't been cleaned and there was used soaps and things in the room. I asked to be changed to their then sister hotel and they did. Not sure how it is now, but I hope it's gotten better

If my conference wasn't held downstairs in the convention center, I would have never stayed here. The rooms were tiny, their room service isn't 24 hours, and the service was bad. There is however, a starbucks downstairs in the lobby, and convenient taxis to catch downstairs.

I loved the location of this hotel. From our room on the 8th floor we had a beautiful view of Thomas Circle Park. The hotel is within walking distance of many DC attractions and restaurants. The only issue I had with our stay was the parking. Parking is $25/night which seems expensive. You can either have them valet park your ...

Found this Kimpton hotel online and was pleasantly surprised. We got upgraded to a room with an exercise book complete with a bike and separate tv and yoga mats. The street is clean, safe, and within walking distance of DuPont Circle. There's also a daily free wine bar from 5-6pm! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Excellent location. Superb services. Very comfortable beds. Nice room sizes. It's not 5 stars because bathroom is a bit small and dated. Small elevators. Steps to take luggage up and down through lobby. Small lobby with few sitting areas. Overall very charming, old world style. All the staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome.

I really felt as though I was going back in time here. Loved the gargoyles on the building exterior! The restaurant and bar have a clubby, pre-War feel to them. The chairs in the common spaces are comfortable, but slightly warn, like they would be in an old-fashioned living room. Except for a few suites, the rooms here have one ...

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the heart of Chinatown. The interior has a cheery, modern Asian look that befits the location. It's convenient to the Verizon Center (home to the Wizards, Capitals, and concerts) as well as to restaurants and nightlife. Also not a bad walk to the Mall. Although not that large, rooms with a sofabed ...

I saw some other reviews below that suggested this isn't a great place to stay, but I just thought this place had a lot of class. Walking into Hotel Rouge made me feel like I was in the hip area of town. The hotel colors are bright reds and yellows and definitely a scene.
