After stepping into the swanky Le Parker Meridien, those in the know will slip away behind a white curtain and follow a neon sign to a dark, graffiti-covered restaurant known for having one of the best burgers in Midtown. The no-nonsense menu has only a couple of items - hamburgers and cheeseburgers with a small range of toppings - and ...

Possibly the best restaurant in Manhattan, Le Bernadin transcends the trends and Eric Ripert's fantastic food dazzles every diner who enters. The cost of greatness is high-- bring a friend with an expense account.

In the heart of Times Square, great atmosphere! The waiters and waitress take turns singing and dancing to different songs while they wait on you! These are the people who are trying to make it on broadway. Many of them are excellent and end up getting big gigs, so while you eat you also get a fabulous show! Don't forget ...

Like meat-filled pies? Try Pie Face, an Australian chain serving individual-sized savory and sweet pies with coffee. We ordered only the meat pies and found a couple favorites: - Chunky Beef Steak - Thai Chicken Curry Both were chock full of meat with the curried pie having a nice creamy sauce inside. The best part? It's open 24 hours! We ...

Must-try frozen hot chocolate is the signature dish (everything else is a prelude) at this whimsical East Side sweets 'n' gifts shop that's been around since 1954; despite pricey rates, sassy service and crazy crowds, it's still a magnet for tourists and grandchildren alike.

Overlooking Columbus Circle and Central Park from the Time Warner Center, it's a far cry from the French-country-farmhouse-style quaintness of Thomas Keller's French Laundry in Yountville. What Per Se lacks in charm, it makes up for with slick and contemporary, almost opulent interior. The menu, while featuring some Keller trademarks, has taken on a slight edge too it that can ...
