This is a great place to shop, eat, and explore when staying at Ka'anapali Beach or nearby. The village has upscale shopping, some decent restaurants, a food court, and some other nice services like beach photographers, etc.

Just over 1.5 miles walking along the beachfront Boardwalk from Honua Kai, this oceanfront shopping center is a great spot for evening entertainment. With many restaurants to choose from, its a nice spot to spend one or two evenings on your vacation in Maui.

Beachside mall with boutiques, restaurants, a whaling museum, hula lessons & other activities.

A day of shopping. A day at the beach. They’re separated by the mere flick of a towel. A hand through your hair says you’re ready for lunch. While slippers highlight your dinner attire. With local stores, designer boutiques, fashion, art and restaurants, it’s not a mall. It’s your vacation.

If you like walking along the beach, Whaler's Village is near the middle of the Kaanapali Beachwalk. Or if you’re driving, it is at 2435 Kaanapali Parkway between the Westin Maui and The Whaler Condominiums.

My favorite restaurant here is the Hula Grill, a TS Restaurant that also operates Leilani's here. Both offer beachfront dining.

The Tommy Bahama store here has helped empty my wallet several times. This is a great place for shopping, and usually the best place to park for a visit to Black Rock. The stores and restaurants validate parking.

We love to visit the shops, restaurants and the beach here. fun to walk around The Westin property and walk under the waterfall!
Hula Grill Bar area has great Hawaiian music and hula dancer, sit with your feet in the sand and enjoy a unique island dining experience at a modest price.

Whaler’s Village on Kaanapali Beach is a very nice shopping center with many shops, several beachfront restaurants (check for specials) and an ABC mini-mart. There is plenty of parking, which is free if you stock up your beverages at the ABC store to meet the minimum purchase to validate your parking ticket. We prefer the Maui Fish & Pasta Restaurant to the noisier and more crowded pair of restaurants right on the sand.

Came here with a friend while we were looking for things to do on my last day visiting/working on Maui. It ended being convenient because I was looking for certain reef sliippers that I needed to find in a surf shop. Guess what they have several of? Surf shops! While they didn't have the reef slippers I wanted, I did find another shoe/slipper/sandal place that had another brand of slippers I wanted, Sanuk.

My friend stopped in Crocs to get some things for her son, and we also got some Haagen Daz. You can get parking validation if you shop at any of the stores, though my friend said you need to spend a $15 min? I'm not sure.

They also have a Sephora. It's not as big as the ones on Oahu, but I was surprised they had one at all! So I went and picked up this cream that I was wanting.

All in all, it's a nice little place with a bunch of shops.

A wonderful shopping plaza, located right on Ka'anapali beach. Shopping for all tastes and budgets, from high-end (Louis Vuitton) to grocery & souvenir (ABC) and everything in between. Ample parking in the adjacent lot. Take your parking card and get 3 hours' free parking with store validation.

Great Shopping and Lovely restaurants! From Tommy Bahama to Made on Maui and ABC stores, there is something for everyone here! Couple this with a visit to Ka'anapali Beach and a stroll down the boardwalk to visit Ka'anapali Beach Hotel poolside Tiki Bar and the Sheraton to the north, or have pupu (appetizers) or dinner at a variety of restaurants at the Westin and the Hyatt to the south.
There is a charge for parking, so ask for validation where you shop. Up to two validation stickers will get you 3 free hours each.

Great upscale and ordinary shopping just a 1/4 mile down Kaanapali beach. The two great restaurants, Hula Grill and Leolani's are located and both restaurants have great hamburgers. For the budget minded there is basement food court with a Mc Donalds. There is a great whaling museum located here also - as Lahaina was historically a whaling port. There is a trolley shuttle that will take you from Maui Kaanapali Villas to Whaler's Village and back. It runs every thirty minutes.

Just a short walk away. There is shopping where you can buy a Rolex watch or a tee shirt, eat at an upscale restaurant or fast food, all while taking in the beautiful ocean views.

Whatever souvenirs you're looking for from name brands trinkets can be found here, between the Westin and Sheraton. Good moderate restaurants and fast-food as well.

the shops themselves at the Whaler's Village were fine, though similar to the other shops around the island. the thing that irked me was the parking charge. it's probably the only mall in Maui that charges for parking. when you drive into the parking structure, the only sign present says 'with a minimum purchase, the parking fee is waived'. they don't say the actual dollar amount. if you don't get your ticket validated, it is about $4 for 30 minutes or $30-40/day. it turns out that you must buy $15 of stuff to get a 3 hour validation. save yourself some time and money and go to Front Street or Wailea shops for free parking and similar shops.

A nice area with some stores, water sport rental shops, galleries, restaurants, and museum. It's close to the hotels, beach, and accessible by car or shuttles.
