This is a great store from which to buy your traditional Durndl and Lederhosen. They have a good selection of both high-end Durndls, and more traditional, slightly cheaper Durndls. Store staff are knowledgeable, likely to know English and helpful.

The S-A-U-N-A is one of my favorite clubs in Munich. They play all kind of music from the 80s 'till now. The club is very small and entirely lined with wooden pallet, so it looks like a sauna. At the weekend it's really crowded, so it's also hot as expected at a sauna.

A quite small but woderful club near Odeonsplatz. I was there a few days ago to see "Robag Wrume" it was so amazing! What I like most about it is of curse the music (most of the time electronical) and the fact that the guests aren't posh, but only there to enjoy and rock the Night.

It's a big Irish pub, where there are playing live bands sometimes. Or you can watch football there. Or just drink some beers and have fun. It's quite crowded at the weekend.

X-Cess is a bar right next to Harry Klein that's known for it's merry parties. Also, it's not that snobby, as it is said about Munich's clubs. I like it!

A few paces from the Viktualienmarkt stalls is the Schrannenhalle , a 19th-century grain market hall reconstructed in 2005. The 400m-long glass-and-iron structure itself is quite impressive but the overpriced and often tacky shops and cafés inside are not.

If you're interested in Munich's history this is the right place to get your informations. But I personally was a bit bored of old clothing, dishes and stuff.
