Traditional and authentic Ya Hala is on point with flavor and quality. I ordered a veggie sampler with hummus, baba ganoush, tahini, falafel, stuffed grape leaves, diced veggies and all the pita bread you want for less than $11. There was more than enough to share. Everything was delicious and the service, lovely.Recommended for:

Nicholas is the most popular Lebanese restaurant in Portland, but Ya Hala is the real deal if you're looking for more traditional dishes. The decor is cool and the customer service is good. It's a little out of the way, but if you're willing to make the trip, you'll be able to feast on delicious Lebanese food.Recommended for:

Probably the best Middle Eastern meal I have had in my life, and I lived in Israel for 30 years...
The Hummus is very good, the Tahini is excellent. Whatever you decide to order, take the Lamb and you absolutely have to have the deserts, so good!
