I'm sure kinds of old had servants chew their food for them, but at Zuma you'll want to chew the food yourself, it's that good. The only problem is that the food is so artfully and beautifully displayed in every dish, that you'll annoy your friends with the constant compulsion to photograph everything you eat and then post it on Instagram. Also, make sure you dress to impress because the everyone here is a professional jet-setter who shops at Bal Harbor Shops, but I'll get to that later...

The hardest reservation in Miami, but worth every favor for a table. I've eaten there four times this season and dream about it when I'm gone. In the truly epic Epic Hotel in downtown Miami, it's already a legend, as jet-setters know it from their other locations in London, Dubai and Istanbul. The seared beef tataki (with fresh Perigord truffles) and the black cod and prawn dumplings are ridiculous.
