    The Palmer House Hilton

    The Palmer House Hilton

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    29 reviews

Spent a few days in this luxury hotel since we attended a major event held here. What else can I say but the rooms are spacious with enough luxury, pricey of course but we were given a slight discount as delegates. Right at the centre of the city with all the shops around. Very accessible and ideal place to stay.

    The Whitehall Hotel

    The Whitehall Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    3.5
    6 reviews

This hotel just finished a multi-million dollar renovation, and it shows. One of the city's tallest buildings when it was built in 1928, the Whitehall has been updated with contemporary decor infused with Eastern elements. Be sure to ask for a room with an view facing east so you can take in the sights of Michigan Avenue and the Hancock ...

    MileNorth

    MileNorth

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    8 reviews

MileNorth is my kind of hotel. The lobby has a feel that's one part coffee shop and one part lounge. Small antique touches, like a typewriter on a side table or the checkin desk made out of old suitcases, give the place an upscale modern-yet-vintage cool vibe. The rooms are decorated in a clean palette of white and green, with ...

Hotel Allegro Chicago - a Kimpton Hotel

    Hotel Class:

The new Art Deco-influenced Hotel Allegro was originally the Bismark, built in 1926, and is a beautiful space. It's located right in the Loop and has easy access to public transportation and downtown theaters. The rooms are small, but they’re also charming, plush and good use is made of the space. The décor is a mix of the hotel’s Art ...

    Allerton Hotel

    Allerton Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    4
    9 reviews

The Allerton may be a sleekly modern boutique hotel now, decorated in rich greys, navy and silver, but underneath the bold graphic prints and contemporary design is a ton of history. Built in 1924, this North Italian Renaissance-style hotel was once the home of the famous 1950s Don McNeill's Breakfast Club radio show, and also the location of the swanky ...

    Hotel Blake

    Hotel Class:

    4 reviews

Everyone at the Wyndham Blake was so polite and made sure to offer the best rates for staying at their hotel. Multiple people were working the desk and they all made it a priority to give me a smile and a hello upon arrival. While the interior is extremely nice as well, my favorite part of the hotel is the ...

I was really surprised to find out that this hotel was once DePaul University student housing. I wish I had such a wonderful view of Michigan Avenue, the Chicago River and the Wrigley/Tribune Towers when I was living in student housing at DePaul! The location is truly key with its prime spot right on Michigan Avenue next to the Chicago ...

    Hotel Chicago Downtown

    Hotel Chicago Downtown

    Hotel Class:
    4
    9 reviews

Hotel Sax is all about hip, swank luxury. It's at the base of Marina City (those corn cob towers dotting the city skyline), and is located literally steps (as in maybe 30) from the House of Blues. There's complimentary wi-fi internet and funky decorating (as evidenced by the gold-toned silhouette of a chandelier on the wallpaper, in lieu of an ...

    Hard Rock Hotel Chicago

    Hard Rock Hotel Chicago

    Hotel Class:

    13 reviews

My home for the last 4 days. As you go in, you'll notice the modern decor of the lobby (they even have a ping pong table). Check in was breeze and within minutes I was in my room on the Madonna Floor (10th floor). The room was clean and I had 2 Queen size bed. Even though I asked for ...

    Kinzie Hotel

    Kinzie Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    3.5
    6 reviews

The Amalfi Hotel is located on a tourist-friendly stretch of Kinzie that puts visitors within strolling distance of places such as Haray Caray’s, Morton’s, and a variety of Hubbard Avenue spots. However, if you’re looking something with a bit more local flair, walk on over to the famous Billy Goat tavern, or grab a drink at the delightfully scummy Rossi’s. ...

Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    22 reviews

I've stayed in all but one of the 5 star properties in Chicago and I'd rate this one the best. The rooms are exceptional -- spacious, well appointed, great design, and exceptional views. The fitness facilities are large and have the latest equipment. Service is also top notch. The only things I didn't like about the property are 1) the ...

    The Drake

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    17 reviews

the Drake is a classic and more traditional hotel conveniently located near the Michigan ave shopping area. The ambiance of the hotel is old school but the rooms are kept fresh and clean and do not feel "old", just classic. Many of the higher floor rooms will offer a wonderful view of the lake.

Location, amenities, and a killer bar—the Raffaello has it all. This place drips with luxury, from the grand red brick building to the marble lobby to the in-room personal shoeshine machines. Hotel Lincoln, a Joie de Vivre Hotel

    Hotel Class:

The rooms at Hotel Lincoln are small, but I think that's a tiny, tiny problem considering all it's got going. It's in a great location, just steps away from the zoo and the lake, and it has incredible views. The decor is warm and eye catching, with lots of interesting details (I love the drawer pulls on the check-in desk). ...

    Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago

    Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago

    Hotel Class:

Located in the Majestic Building, this hotel is beautiful from the inside out. Framed playbills and Broadway scenes line the lobby and breakfast area walls to celebrate the hotel's shared habitation with Chicago's Bank of America Theatre. From the valet parking workers to the sales representatives, everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and made sure to greet me with ...
