Beautiful Medieval castle. It is two hours from Dublin by car. Admission is six euros to visit inside the castle. Must visit the main street, where you can have a pint of the famous Kilkenny Red Ale!! Sláinte!! (Cheers!)

They have great exhibition of telegraphy equipment, gramophones, and early valve radios on display over 100 years. The walls are decorated with old advertising posters, photographs and other.. Admission is only 5 euros. Friendly Guide tour.

Howth Harbor is a working fishing harbor and has a large marina for recreational boating. The perfect place to visit outside of Dublin town. Except on a sunny Sunday in summer. It gets crowded with tourists.

It's a beautiful small beach and it is a place for families enjoying the summer sunshine. Must visit James Joyce’s Martello Tower. It's two minutes from the beach.

It's really beautiful inside. I liked the architecture. Great variety of shops. You pay to use the toilet. The wifi is very poor.

The tours run daily and tell you about the history of John Jameson. You learn about whiskey making process. There is a bar, restaurant and gift shop. It is a great attraction to visit.
