Love this place!! Yogurt freshness at its best! Try the tangerine and key lime Yogurt flavors and top it off with fruit!!!
If you're a tea connoisseur and have always wanted to dine like old-school English nobility, Lisa's Tea Treasures at Santana Row is the place to go to. The place is fully decorated in 19th-century English, so it's quite a sight! This is the ideal place for an English Tea Party! The sugars even come in cubes! Lots of different tea sets are sold at the place, giving it a very nice Victorian feel to the establishment.
I came for a team lunch (there were three of us guys there - the ONLY guys in the place), so it was quite an interesting experience. We could feel our testosterone levels decreasing, but once the tea and food came, it was dining as usual!
The Alice In Wonderland Tea Party for $27.95:
- Alice's Tropical Tea - Ceylon base with pieces of pineapple, mango, & papaya
- Mad Hatter's Favorite Scone - served with Devonshire cream, preserves, & lemon curd
- Cheshire Cat Savories - mini vegetable empanadas
- Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum Tea Sandwiches - chicken tarragon & artichoke sandwhiches
- Queen of Hearts Apple Salad - European greens with apple, pecans, feta cheese, & raspberry vinaigrette dressing
White Rabbit Carrot Cake - a favorite moist carrot cake with buttercream icing
The tea was wonderful and the food was delightful, although not spectacular. Definitely come to Lisa's for their special teas, but the food is more a pairing that goes with it. Nothing too savory, although the carrot cake was spectacular. When coming in groups, it's great when everybody orders their own package, so they get their very own tea pot, so everyone can share!!! Great dining experience with wonderful service and decor. The only knock: it is extremely expensive here for a pot of tea and food. ~$25-$30/person for tea/food - not steak!!! Speaking from a guy's point of view ^)^ But overall, this is a wonderful place for a date and for the experience! Have an open mind! Next time, us guys will sit in the pink room!
One of the most awesome and monumental landmarks in Paris, France, every visitor must stop by and look in awe at it's awe-inspiring architecture! Make sure to make it all the way to the top and see the majestic view from a bird's eye view! At night, the lights turn on and the Eiffel Tower becomes EPIC!!!
Very cozy coffee shop on downtown Mountain View. It is a non-profit establishment and the atmosphere is very chill and relaxed. Many students are here in their laptops. Great lace to meet up with friends abs study and work. They also play live music in the evenings. The Iced Maple Latte is wonderful!
Freshly made burgers to order. Choose from Beef patties to chicken and add various toppings to make it tasty and fresh. Choose from regular to rosemary to sweet potato fries.
Ones of the most authentic German restaurants in San Francisco! Sit at long tables and drink up in a wide variety of steins, including the humongous Boot! The potato pancakes were excellent and the venison steak was delicious! The free dark bread is wonderful also!
Awesome lobby at the Facebook HQ. Really stands out from traditional tech companies with the artwork and urban colors. Came here for a research focus group during Facebook's 10-year anniversary celebration.
It's bowling time!!! Bowlmor is an awesome place to get your bowling fix on with the crazy and lanes! Bowl at parties!

Excellent Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant in the South Bay. Lots of good choices to choose from., like the garlic roast chicken and tofu dishes. Super slow service, though. Very popular for catering.
What's better than a deliciously toasted bagel in the morning or afternoon?!? Noah's Bagels never disappointments! They have the best Blueberry Bagels ever! The Pastrami Swiss Blueberry Bagel Sandwich is a real winner!
What a Turkish delight this restaurant is! The food is so good and there is plenty to choose from, ranging from their large lamb menu to liver to Tripe Soup for the exotic dining adventurer. The Yogurt drink is phenomenal and everyone has to try the grilled lamb chops and Iskander and Chicken or Lamb Beytis! Excellent service and a wonderful place for group dinners!
BAMBOO KOREAN BBQ HOUSE
This Korean restaurant rocks!!! One of the better Korean places in the Bay Area, you can't go wrong with the food here. Their lunch specials are very reasonably-priced and you get lots of food!!!
Bulgogi: the BBQ beef was quite good here. Soft and with little fat, the beef was tender and juicy.
Spicy Marinaded Pork: this is one of my favorite dishes here. The pork tasted wonderful with its mixture of spiciness and sweetness, creating a delightful combination of flavor.
Appetizers included kim chi, soup, broccoli, tofu, fish cakes, bean sprouts, etc. Ask for seconds. They are very generous here at Bamboo!
Dinner can be a bit pricy here, but at least you get what you pay for. The kalbi is yummy here. I haven't tried their all-you-can-eat special here yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Give Bamboo Korean BBQ House a try if you're looking for some good Korean BBQ!
